With 20 years of experience under her belt, Tanya Nasr is a Lebanese filmmaker who has started off her career as a line producer on various American short films shot in the Middle East, and directed and produced her own – “Itsy Bitsy Spider”. A film graduate, Nasr also completed a Screenwriting and Directing program at USC - LA.
Nasr is the founder of The Film Atelier, a Lebanon-based production house, producing corporate films for market-leading brands. She is also managing partner and producer for ABL Films Cyprus- Beirut, specializing in high-end TVC production.
In 2018, Nasr co-produced the box office number one hit movie "Khabsa", which enjoyed a lengthy run on Netflix.
At the moment, Nasr is partnering with Content Bridge, a leading content creation platform bridging the gap between ideas and screen.
The Film Atelier is a Lebanese production house founded by Fay & Tanya Nasr in 2008. Throughout the years TFA has produced a number of corporate films and documentaries for major clients like UN-ILO, ABC - Lebanon, Children Cancer Center Lebanon,
Al Futaim group UAE among others.
In 2018, The Film Atelier, co-produced the successful box office movie KHABSA which enjoyed a lengthy run on Netflix. That same year, TFA also line produced the feature length comedy of Hisham Haddad ‘Lahon w Habs’.
TFA is currently in development for several projects among which is the political drama series ‘The Line’.
